You can book directly through our website or by contacting us via email or phone.
What areas do you service?
We proudly serve Northern Colorado and surrounding regions, including Estes Park, Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, Longmont, Boulder, and nearby mountain communities.
How far in advance should I schedule?
We recommend scheduling at least 3–5 days in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons. Same-day or next-day shoots may be possible depending on our schedule.
How long does a typical shoot take?
Most standard photo sessions take 45–90 minutes, depending on the property size and package. Video and 3D tour shoots may require additional time for setup and coverage.
When will I receive my media?
Photos & Floor Plans are delivered the following day, while videos & 3D products are typically delivered within 24-48 hours.
However, certain products such as Zillow 3D & Matterport tours are processed externally through their respective platforms. Because of this, delivery times may vary depending on system processing.
How do I receive the media?
All photos and media are delivered directly through your client account at sites.sunsetstaysmedia.com. From there, you can view, download, and share your content with ease. If you prefer to receive your media another way, just let us know — we’re happy to accommodate your preferred delivery method.
What’s included in your editing services?
All photo packages include complimentary sky replacements, minor object removal, and a virtual twilight conversion for a clean, professional finish.
Do you offer aerial photography and video?
Yes! All aerial work is conducted by FAA Part 107 certified pilots in full compliance with FAA for safe and professional results.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We monitor conditions closely. If weather could impact the quality of your shoot, we’ll contact you to reschedule at no extra cost.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! We offer a rush service with same-day photo delivery for those on tight timelines. To guarantee on-time delivery, a morning appointment is required.
Do I need to be present for the shoot?
No, you don’t need to be there for the shoot. Just provide access details and any special requests in advance, and we’ll handle the rest.
